I bet so, I believe his swap is completely functional. I can't remember who did it on his car but they do clean swaps. He bought the car that way IIRC.

Correct
OMP is not functional because of space so it was removed but everything else works like stock.
KDR aka Speed1 did the swap for the original owner and I bought it from him.

^ make sure your CAI is as straight as possible. Even the slightest offset in the piping causes the MAFv readings to jump.

Cool beans. Try rotating the piece that connects to the throttle body clockwise just a tad. The rest looks ok

Hella functional... The piping is not wrapped with carbon looks its lava mat meant to reflect heat away from the "cold" pipes.

you guys notice any sound difference after taking the insulation out in the engine bay?

(not talking about the hood)

I would coat that try black, it looks unfinished contrasting agains all the other coated parts.

Or just sell it to me and don't worry about is

Thanks, I have a few details to work out looks wise but it's getting there. I will redoing the catch can hose and fitting, and doing a black oil feed line to the turbo. Plus I have a new power distribution block (powers the boost control, PLX module, etc.) going in that will look much better and deal with the elements better. After that I will have a few more things powder coated or replaced that have taken some abuse over the past ten years like the brake master cylinder, etc.
