I had seen another article on it somewhere that stated which model truck it was that led me to believe that it wasn't a rotary. However after watching that video, looking at the build pictures very closely, and hearing the very quick clip of it at the end, it sure does seem to be a rotary after all. Perhaps they should call it the Rotary Flyer.
