Since i bought my 8 from japan, everything is in japanese . Does any one have a work shop manual that they can email me so i can figure out the full features of the TV! Thanks

I guess you mean the navigation feature. If so, information on the NAV is in the user manual. If you don't have an English version, try going to MazdaUSA.com, register your car and download a copy. For the workshop manual, go to the link below.

He might mean the backup cam that's tied into the nav. system on the JDM cars.
I know I've seen something before about it here. Try searching the tech. area for "nav system back door" or something similar.

There are hidden menus in the nav. system. I've played around with them before - one of them brings up a menu in Katakana (sp?) characters....

Yea Asia is plastered with satellite TV in cars. Didn't know that came stock though... I wish we had that here!
