Had 4 new Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position tires installed.
Firestone installed them for me at a discount to match TireRack price.

I'm anxious to see how they hold up on an 8. Especially through the winter. I've had the previous generation (960as) on previous cars and loved them.

Dude, the black on yellow looks great!

I took off my RP midpipe today, and replaced it with my gutted cat that had shattered.

A) Are you serious?

B) Which toy rx8 is that? Do the contours on the body match up with the real thing? I've been looking for one to do some modeling with.

No, clutch bracket finally gave in. Took the broken bracket out and see if I could fix it. No Beuno so ordering a new one now...
1:43 Autoart RX-8 they are all out of stock now but you might have some luck finding it on eBay.

You can bring it to your local MAZDA dealer for a replacement. There is a thread discussing this issue, search for it and print out that .pdf file attached in it.

Got the battery replaced a few days ago. Only 24K miles but the car is an 09 model so doesn't seem too out of place due to its age. Did a full inspection on the car too and everything else is good apparently.

Well, in that case, the link I wanted you to search and read through answers that warranty issue.

Follow those directions!

If you don't want to pay $160.00 for the OEM clutch pedal bracket(part number: FE05-41-300C), you could purchase one of these.

RaceRoots Clutch Pedal Reinforcement Bracket
RotaryFX Clutch Reinforcement Bracket Kit

Heh... Not saying that I should, but technically someone could say that they've replaced that 2 years ago by themselves and ask for an reimbursement?

edit well nvm... it's asking for a copy of a recept and shop number/name.

what if someone's doing it themselves?

When my clutch pedal failed I just had my brother in law weld it back together. I know others haven't had good success doing that but mine is working fine.

I purchased the "C" version from the dealer and replaced it myself. As long as you send the invoice(I just used the name of my local shop nearby) for the purchase of the clutch pedal along with that form in the .pdf I attached, just took about two to three months for the reimbursement from MNAO. Then I just filed in my tax return for the work I did on the car.

Before the Warranty Extension Program, many of our members were doing that and purchased the bracket for added support.

In storage

Parked my car in a storage garage for the winter. Recently painted an OEM spoiler that I've had for 6 months. Will install in the spring.

While I don't completely disagree, I think mine looks pretty good with black.

I got the 30XB version (dealer replacement part bundle, cheaper with aluminum pedal and 2 new sensors) So I assume they didn't call your nearby shop for verification then? How long ago was that?

while it didnt happen today, most recently i had my motor replaced. nothing like getting approval for a new motor with 3 days of warranty left! the motor actually went in several days after the expiration.
