Cool We have a problem,

Edit - this thread was started after I found that Scott from Mazsport was advertising on the forum.....S

(thanks for the tip, Mr. Anonymous!)

Is this the same rx8performance.com that includes the deceptive, dishonest and unrepentant fraudster Steven 'Scott' Glassburn, the same one who owes me 1200 of your fine american dollarbucks?

Then we have a problem......

Stealth:

If you're gonna post something as provocative as that on a new vendor, please put the whole story of what happened, so others can make an informed decision. I'd like to know what the previous iteration sold you that did not deliver, & if this performance vendor is for sure the same guy tht you had the negative xperience with...

The artist previously known as MAZSPORT has a long and negative career track here.

I think we have a problem when a moderator starts a thread like this in a vendor forum. Don't you think that the IB people have thought about this issue?

Sounds like a personal axe to grind to me...

Thought mods were supposed to play by the rules too??

I almost said the same thing, but refrained from doing so because I can see both sides of the situation. He is a member the same as anyone else and I believe his claim to be true. I had more of an issue with him posting it in a closed thread that nobody else can participate in. It would have been more appropriate for him to have stated "I have a problem" rather than "we" because apparently IB does not see it that way, or so it seems ...

The Administrators are our bosses and they would be the ones to make adjustments. Not I.B.

scott pretty much raped my buddy years ago. he and his wife sued the ***** off that guy, which he says closed mazport. hes a member here but is never on this site. after his turbo nightmare with scott he shipped his car to ny for a custom sheetmetal widebody kit, airbags, and custom stero. it will be his show car, which is crazy imo. it needs to be driven.

wow...there is so much crap in here Jeff....Hundreds of thousands of dollars? Defrauding of almost every one of there customers.......

The guys company went bankrupt in a period of severe economic hardship for the US economy.

People got hurt sure....there always are in these kind of situations

I'm sure Stealth feels that he should be compensated for his loss..but he had the same oportunity as everyone else to be involved in the procedure by filing with the bankruptcy court his claim........

I'm hoping that Scott will come back and provide some more good products like he has in the past...not like we have a lot of vendors beating down the doors developing stuff for this car

Let's if he or anyone else responds.

Karma is a bitch and history always repeats itself. Everyone deserves a second chance but someone who is dishonest is usually dishonest at the core and will always be that way to a certain degree no matter what happens to them. People who rationalize dishonest or bad behavior generally do not change. I did asset recovery for a long time and the companies/people we pursued always, and I mean always, show up again doing the same dishonest **** again. They may behave for a while but in the end they will always decide that doing the wrong this is always easier than doing the right thing.

I think he was just warning people in the most calm professional way he could. Given the circumstances I don't blame him.

IMO Bringing Jeff into this is kind of pointless...

Stealth has a right to voice his opinion and he has done so. There is no need to drag this thread on since the pertinent info is out. So this thread closed.

Jeff is not allowed to post in other vendors threads or forums. his posts removed and he is banned for 3 days

This vendor has been removed from the forum based on the experiences some of our members had with them in the past. Our apologies, nobody made the connection between the old name, and new one.

cheers,
robb

Forum problem solved.

...but I'll still never see my $1200.

My new hobby is letting people know his history.
