Test for signal at coil connector

Using a multimeter, how would you test for signal at the gray ignition coil connector?

What do you mean by "test for signal"? What are you trying to do?

I'm trying to diagnose a misfire.
New bhr coils, new wires, new plugs.

I put an ignition tester on trailing 1 and got intermittent spark.

Trying to figure out if the connector or ignition harness or possibly ecu is bad.

To test the harness you need to follow the pinout and the diagram and test each wire all the way to the ECU.

OH. Well testing the coil wiring is the least of your worries.
