okay today i went to the dealer to finally test drive and sit in an rx8...we left the dealer with him driving and its was a 6sp almost fully loaded....finally a little bit aways from the dealership i started to drive...now i have owned 3 stick shifts and drive a lot of my friends stick shifts for canyon running...is it me or maybe the clutch on the car was going but first off when i was at a light i had to have the clutch on the floor or it would cut out...second when taking off it felt like the car clutch wouldnt grab that quick...is this something most of you are feeling...cause at first i babied the clutch and that made me stall till he told me i could give it more power and wow i was happy with that...also is there anything to prevent mis-shifting cause the gear box is very close and i almost went from 2nd into 1st instead of 3rd...also are there any racing clutchs out there and how much does it cost to replace the cluth....on other thing i had a problem with was the speedo...for the life of me i really never saw how fast i was going...is there a mod i could do to put a darn speedo in the car...cause that like 1 by 2 inch speedo just is going to get me in trouble

Believe me after you drive it a few times, you will adjust to the car's dynamics. I hadn't driven a car with such a nice shifter and clutch, so from gear to gear I was 'popping' but now I've gotten much smoother shifts going
