Should I try and fix it, or get rid of her?

Should I try and fix it, or get rid of her?
I'm at quite the crossroads. I like the car..but it's got a long wrong with it. Let me list what needs to be fixed:
Power steering doesn't work anymore
Front bumper was backed into while parked.. (New Jersey....)
Dead drivers side rear strut..all the struts are pretty tired though
Engine starting is weak (it might be the starter though..its original)
it's got 110k miles (4th engine)
Needs new front brakes (rotors + pads)
radio won't turn on (replaced it twice)
heater/AC controls just stopped working the other day (was experiencing the all heat/no heat issue..soldered and it worked for a few months. Now it wont turn on.)
Going to need new rear tires
Hood is chipped all to hell from the interstate
Gas mileage blows
I'm leaning on getting a new CX5 when I can afford it, however I still owe a lot on the RX8 (8500) and it wouldn't sell for anything near that. However if I were to fix some if it's problems I might be able to get it's resale value up and then pay the difference.
Blahrg.

I HATE SPEEDBUMPS!
You have to many problems with the car. If i were you, i'll get rid of it by fixing whatever you can, so the car could be drivable and sellable, good luck.

Nah, sold it for 3k and just paid it off myself. Wasn't really trying to have so much negative equity on the car, but at least I was in a position to where if I had to, I could pay it off.

I guess you're due for some good luck on the next one.
Did you get something else already?

Bottom feeder
Jeezus get rid of it if it has that many problems. it's money pit.. pumping more money into it will only extend your agony that much further.. buy something you can feel confident about.
