Best is very subjective, what do you want?
Track setup?
Coilovers?
Springs to go with your 'shocks'?
Budget?

I suggest you familiarize yourself with our search function.

Brake pads $80-300
Rotors $400-700

Shocks $450-2k
Springs $150-280

Sway bars F+R $330-500
Strut Bar F/R $130-250

Coilovers $800-5k

Tires $600-1800

What do you want to do with your 8? Have it mostly track ready, with disregard to public roads.

Driving a 100% track setup suspension on a public road is very uncomfortable.

Budget is the main factor also.

Hit up blackhaloracing.com. They have great stuff at good prices. If you're still undecided, PM Charles R. Hill (Ray at BHR) for his advice.

Handling is subjective and must be tuned to individual drivers. Get a fully adjustable set and start tuning it according to your needs but prepare to waste a lot of gas, rubbers and time.
