rebuild/port/turbo...

Hey guys,
A little while ago my car hit 100,000 kms (60,000miles) and its forced me to make a decision. Sell the car and get a new car, or rebuild and add powwerrr

I had a test drive in the new toyota 86 yesterday and I was a little disappointed in the power (and the useless-ness of the 2 back seats). So Im kind of leaning towards a rebuild and possibly turbo for my rx8.

Is there a way to increase power (noticeabley) without adding a turbo?....im thinking porting and a good tune?

Another option is a swap for a rx7 13b engine...is this an easy conversion or should I just stay away completely.

Cheers, Daniel

Whatever drifts you my man, if you have the dough to do it , then do it. I don't think you need other people's opinions, because some will just give you crap advices. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
