Question about a new clutch...

Alright, this is hard to explain...

With the stock clutch I could lift it pretty high ... and it wouldnt bounce, say, in gear w/ no gas.

With my new one, if I lift my foot even like an inch, it stalls...

im getting used to it, but wondering if its normal

(btw, upgraded clutch)

I think it's quite normal, clutch is almost like a brake pad. with a new pad, the engangement point should be much earlier. my clutch is almost done bye now too. I wonder what type of clutch you're using right now? how much does it cost to replace the clutch? thanks.

normal.

that's the way the factory clutch was when i picked it up, not to mention the other 3 cars i've replaced clutches in during my lifetime. Feels odd, but you should be A LOT more concerned if you get a new clutch and it has as much play as your last one.
