Question about clear corners...

Are your clear corners exactly the same as the stock orange ones, or are all the clear corners a slightly different shape. My orange markers curve perfectly while the clear markers form an obtuse triangle type of shape. Did I buy a cheap JDM knock off?

My clears are shapped a little different than the orange ones as they sort of bulge out at the end towards the wheel. The packaging was Mazda and the part looked like real authentic Mazda JDM pieces. The parts were also shipped directly from Tokyo. The box is in my car with the paperwork but I'm to lazy to go get it right now.

If they buldge out, then yes they are authentic JDM clear corners.

Yes, the orange side markers are sculpted to match the curve of the fender while the clear side marker bulges out. They have a slightly different function over in Japan which requires the bulge.

Another difference is that the clear side marker has an internal reflector. CLICK HERE for the clear corner install DIY which explains how to remove the reflector.

I don't think he offered those 2 options when I ordered mine. I just payed the standard shipping and they arrived in about 6 days.

EDIT: I just looked and he did offer both options. I paid the standard rate but it was $5 when I bought mine.
