I think the 5 speed is the detuned engine and would be slower.

As you can see, some on this forum aren't so tolerant of those asking certain questions. Regardless, this place is full of lots of useful information. Just take some time, at least 6 months, to read what is posted and after a while you'll notice that most of your questions will be answered without making a post.

I was tolerant about 2 months ago when this guy showed up making the same threads as now. I quickly got sick of it when he made 3 threads that were all the same damn question. It's not about being nice to a new guy anymore as I try to help anyone who seems genuinely interested in learning. He needs to be banned until he can learn to help himself instead of looking for someone to hold his hand.

And yes you are right the 5 speed has the same 4 port engine as the 04-05 4speed automatic over here in the US.

There are lots of threads which discuss this topic. Click on 'search' at the top of the page...punch in the key words 'quarter mile' and look through the threads.

You'll find the answer....

Even when people helped him out he would ignore it and ask "anyone?", looking for replies to his question...that's how you know he's just trolling
