CA price check on 2004 stock exhaust

i just got an rx8 and the owner gave me the stock exhaust...wondering if i can sell it..

ikr.....thats what i was thinking actually...since most rx8 owners don't run with stock exhaust...so there is not much need for them.....

What percentage run the stock exhaust, and what percentage don't?

I'm interested in the numbers (and their source) that back up your statement.

I swear there is a thread on here where someone wanted a replacement muffler and they were complaining how ungodly expensive the OEM one was. Now I can't find it.

You can also use the stock exhaust to trade for an aftermarket exhaust when someone is going back to stock. That is pretty much the only time it is worth anything and even then people only usually take a hundred or 2 off the price if you are lucky.

Sell it to someone who's going back to stock. You won't get that much, but at least you'll get something, good luck.

1. Me, running RB with AP midpipe, stock exhaust in somewhere in the garage. could not even give it away.
