MotorTrend got 0-60 in 6.0 secs, 1/4 mi in 14.49 secs for the RX-8. These numbers are right on par with the pre-production units tested by C&D and R&T in April of last year. Whatever the HP really is, who cares, the car performs!

the horsepower is 238 vs the z's 287 and the s200's 240. the rx8 is faster than the z though because the z is so freaking heavy and the horrible suspension on that cr slows it down to.
