OK so my rx8 is done for....
i own a 07 wwp rx8 and last night on the high way i smashed into another car at about 70mph. braking and downshifting didnt do **** for me in the rain especialy since my tires arent ment for the rain
im going to post up pics in a few hrs and make a part out thread cuase im gunna have to pay off the car. insurance wont cover for reason's i cant discusss

I would say wreckless driving.
There is no way you can slam into a car in front of you going 70 unless you didnt make a basic driver error.
Unless someone out of nowhere switched into his lane but i doubt that since he didnt mention it.

stupid driving error. the car i hit was pulling into the highway and went over to the middle lane at about 40mph and i came from the left lane at about 70 and kaboom!

the pics are from a camera phone. once i get the car back to my house ill have better pics
the engine is fine too. thank god
me and the other 2 passengers walked out fine. this car is ******* safe because i we hit haaard

^im going to try to sell as is first depending on the damage of the car. im gunna have a bodyshop that i know take a good look at the car and see what can be done. i only had the car for a year. i hope i dont have to settle for a part out.

Who cares why he wont tell.
Whats done is done. His car is done, he's fucked because insurance didnt cover it and he's learning his lesson.
No offense to you man but i guess you deserve it if its bad enough to where you cant tell us.

I'm sure youll be able to discuss at a later date. You just trying not to admit guilt at this point, so basicly your in the middle of Lying to your insurance company. Good luck I hope they buy your story. So in a couple of weeks after they send the adjuster to appraise the car, let us know how it went.
