Talking New Ti grey owner

I have been lurking for awhile and I like this forum so I thought I'd Zoom right in. Have had my titanium grey 6 speed ST package beauty for about a month and am loving it. The olny other thing that puts a grin like that on my face is my highly modified Aprilia 1000 cc V60 RST Futura sport bike. Now wer'e talking major zoom factor. I plan on doing some mods to my car when cash flow allows. Better suspension and more power. So far I've gutted the stock speakers an replaced them with some really 4 exellent Polk Audio and replaced the stock tweeters with a set of 1 and a quarter Cerwin Vegas. They sound awesome. Haven't decided on a Subwoofer layout yet. Installed the OEM wing last week and that came out great had to play with the templates to get everything to line up exactly. Installed a Green high flow filter from England and am very impressed with the quality and fit. My 8 seems to like a bit more air flow slightly louder WOT and idles as well or better than the stock filter. As always, zooooooooming , Mark.

welcome sounds like a great car. I kinda envy people who can start tearing apart their new car. I am too nervous I guess to start ripping doors assemblies apart and the back seats out and modifying the engines. I would love to get an ECU upgrade but will wait a bit.

Yes Ti is the fastest color and I got the sport package xeon, DSC and such added the spoiler myself. As for the base stereo I'm pretty impressed whith the stock deck, the the range of tone adjustment is good and the power output is enough for me. I just wanted some high quality speakers. I went with Polk Audio cause they sounded very linear and balanced to me. Put 6 by 9 three way in back and 5 by 7 two way in front and i thought it sounded real good, then yesterday I replaced the tweeters in the door whith some high end inch and a quarter Cerrwin Vegas and it really brought the whole thing together this system rocks hard when cranked and is very crisp and clean at low to moderate levels. Any good speaker swapout is going to sound way better than stock. What surprised me was the dynamic change the tweeters had it was way impressive that such a little speaker could make such a difference. I'll post a pic of my Bike next to my 8 soon. Cheers.
