hey guys im new here and im getting a rx8 next month , i live in canada , and i was looking into getting a black but the only interior leather colour they have is the brown , does everybody have that as the only option and do u guys have pics , also we have the new special edition , what do u think about it and also any pics? THNX

I've got black with black. It should be an option with the 06 as well.

By special editond do you mean the Shinka? I think they're pretty nice. I really like the Copper red, but I'm not a big fan of the Sand leather

the new shinka comes with either black leather or the alcantara fake suede leather, the sand leather is gone for this year.

Is the shinka a package you can now get with any color you want? I'm not clear on that since their website doesn't specify it as a different model anymore

for 2006 you can get any interior color you want on a black car (all black leather, red and black, brown and black or alcantara) I don't know if it's true for canada, but that's what the mazdausa website lists for it.

Hmm. It's still showing sand as the only option on the Mazdausa site. That's pretty good news.

The options between USA and Canada are different. Haidz, haven't you at least checked out the Mazda Canada site???

I may have the story wrong, but I think the deal is that you can get the shinka in a number of colors now, but not all of them. But you can only get the new copper in the shinka.
