I got a pair of brembo front rotors for around $340. I didn't call the dealership about it because I thought if I have to replace the rotors I might as well get something besides the OEM rotors.

Are you sure the dealer is not just trying to make a buck?
Have you been pounding your brakes? You can drive 100mph forever and NEVER use your brakes. But STOPING from 100 to 0 super hard will do damage. ( many stops, not just one ) Do you really need rotors, or do they just need to be turned? Have you been doing a lot of braking? Do you deal with traffic a lot?
Rotors are hard to mess up. Mine last for a LONG time, and I drive fairly hard.
When you drive . . . does the steering wheel shake? When you hit the brakes, do you feel the car pulsating? ( warped rotor pulsate, not ABS pulsate )
Driving 90-100mph has nothing to do with your brakes. It's hard to believe it's your rotors unless you're really hard on them. sounds like your tires are out of round or they just need balanced. An alignment may help.
