Mazda rx8 new owner!

I have been doing alot of research and have put Valvoline 10w30 conventtional oil!
is this oil ok?
after how many km should i redline it for carbon burning?my daily drive is max 10 kms!
i know about keeping the oil level check and how not to flood my motor!
is it necessary to premix and what does it do?
anything else i need to know?

Exactly. So there is no need for anybody to post here any more.

Oops...why did I just ignore my own advice and post?

Anyway, read all the stuff but don't let it frighten you. And welcome to the rotary world!

Ken
