Mostly why I get so low mpg is due to traffic. Drive a 30 mile commute to work each day, and that takes anywhere from 40 minutes (good day) to 1 hour and 30 minutes (bad day).

and that even states for 2008 or newer, so ours is still 18/24, that is unless you have a 2008 model that i don't know about

Does it really matter? After all, the mileage our cars get hasn't changed at all. The only thing that's changed are the numbers, which now finally reflect real-world usage. (Of course, the EPA numbers are now a bit lower for most cars.)
