Interior door panal rattling

Hey guys.. Just wondering one the best way to fix this or if any of you have had the same problem.. About a year after I got my car, I started to notice a rattle coming from my passenger door panal.. I usually blast my music really loud but it's only the stock radio( not even the Bose ).. So I figured I would eventually get around to fixing it.. The my drivers side door started to do the same thing.. Even with no music playing and the car just idling, it still rattles.. Now my center trim.. Right where my shifter is starting to rattle as well.. I don't garage the car so it's parked outside all the time.. I'm guessing the glue or abhesives Mazda use are cheap and they then to go after a while.. So anyway Im just curious on the best way to solve this issue.. Any thoughts? Thx guys
