Just this past Thursday, I was at the dealer dealing with my broken defrost buttons (previously posted pic included here). They suggest that I broke the buttons with my own force and that was not covered under warrantee. I explained that I had broken them while simplye cleaning them. When I pointed out that I knew of a web site with a thread on the subject containing multiple owners with the issue and some getting it fixed under warrantee, they were surprised. ( You can see that thread here.) They weren’t being jerks about it, they just assume they are going to run into trouble getting the part covered. They did take the time to look at the web site.

What I would like to try and do is consolidate those that have experienced this issue for proof in case I run into issues with the warrantee replacement. So, for those that have went though, if you could simply reply that it has happened and if you got it taken care of under warrantee, I would appreciate it.
