Not a pic of an rx8, but it's the same picture as the right most button
Are you seriously this daft? Do you get around in life on your own? Or, does someone hold your hand through everything you do? I'm seriously wondering...
EDIT: I know you've posted in this thread before. You should familiarize yourself with it, and maybe consider asking ALL of your questions in that particular thread. People helping people

This isn't even spoon feeding anymore. This is an embarrassment to all people who actually work for their earnings. Use the bloody search feature. Or, use google to search. An rx8club specific search is linked in my sig. Learn to use that. (Oh, and I know that someone with a hint of sense knows this, but I really don't think you have sense- use different key words instead of "what oil should I use").
I'll even give you another hint- check the DIY forum to narrow down your narrow-minded search. This topic has been discussed to death.

Ok... I REALLY GOING TO TRY HERE.
Fernando, You can try a couple of thing to improve your a/c and your car's performance while it is on.
Make sure the a/c is fully charged (Bring it to a a/c shop).
Check/Clean/replace your battery terminals and chassis/engine grounds.
Also depending on your mileage it may be time for a tune up, plugs/wires/coils.
Hope this helps.
Also, check out this thread for other good tips.

thanks brosef. Yeah I def need a tune up. I just bought a Green air filter supposed to arrive tomorrow. interested to see what it does. heard SO much hype about it. About how much should I pay for a tune would you think? I've heard that OEM is the best to install.

I would recommend OEM for you, Just do not bring it to the dealer. they will charge you a lot for a little bit of work. If you have a hour and some basic tool there is a DIY here on how to change all 3 (Coils/wires/Plugs). If you feel this is too much, get the items and bring it to a friend/mechanic to change them for you, it literally takes -1 hour while screwing around.
You can get/order all parts at AdvanceAuto/AutoZone/Ect for a lot cheaper than the dealer.

Closed and cleaning. Again.
Fernando, PM me before you start your next thread. You trigger quite a bit of flaming that goes beyond the rules.
The short story here is that you likely have multiple failure points, including motor mounts and a low charge on your AC. Playing with re-circ isn't going to fix either problem.
