how come my RX-8 engine go milky??

Hi everyone im new here,

I want to know why my RX-8 engine oil is thick and go like milky??

is that leaking some water?
will it be fine if i change the engine oil??


and also the wearther is getting cold,
how can i keep the engine wouldn't dead in winter?
