hot start problem and hesitation at 6000rpm onwards

hi daniel here im from new zealand

i have recently purchased my 2003 mazda rx8 with the 4 port rotary , 5 speed..

it has a recent rebuilt engine, 2000km on refreshed motor

hot starting - started out haveing trouble with startin after a couple of short runs around town leave for 5-10mins then starts. since ive owned it i have replaced both 02 sensors with genuine ones also changed spark plugs i have re7c-L (high heat range plug) and re9b-t all genuine ngk. also new genuine leads. has helped slightly i have up graded starter motor fitted standard with vechile and i have up graded battery with higher cca (cranking amps). serviced it after 1000km run in period with genuine rx8 sm mineral oil and new filter...

dose anyone know anything else i could try????

as for the hesitation it occurs with foot flat at 6000rpm onwards..... i run 95 octane .... recently put full tank of gas in and full bottle of injector cleaner the car instantly ran like a dream and rev right owt to limiter best its ever gone....

after a week or so with gas still above half the hesitation happed again and still continues....

can anyone please help????
