but they have to stick out the side too, I would have done a better job but I actually had trouble finding decent pics on the wheels to slap on there

I thought the car was supposed to drop down on the wheels. This is like a futuristic air ride; the wheels lift up into the wells. Perhaps it is a spy machine - preparing to submerge.

 

yeah, it's supposed to, but I've always thought that low riders look even more ridiculously horrible when they're up on those little tiny crappy wheels.
