High-centered in a parking lot
Was in San Francisco this weekend and when I went to get into a parking lot I high-centered about a foot ahead of the rear wheels (I couldn't see that the angle was so steep).
It's hard to tell if the car leaked anything (that garage was filthy), but my fuel level remained the same and brake fluid looks OK. No shaking or handling issues as far I can tell since.
Is there anything else I should be looking for?

You should be fine. Just take a look underneath for where the marks are. They probably are spanning the cross bracing and/or frame rails. Nothing to be overly concerned about. Everything critical is above the height of those, so you would have to smash those considerably to reach fuel lines, the fuel take, or brake lines.
