Help! I breathed in some of the touch-up paint
It says I am going to have brain damage and nerve problems if I breathe some in and I accidentally did today. Should I be worried?

Fumes.....
Short term exposures like that don't usually have lasting effects.
I've been working with Toluene and Benzene for twenty some years. (we make fifty tons an hour!)
Occasionally we get a gutful taking samples or preparing equipment for maintenance. Just a headache or dizziness.
Oh....and seeing the Toluene Fairy, and Benzeena, Queen of all the gypsy pygmys!
but that's only on night shift !!

I guess how much you inhaled is all that really matters. Hopefully it wasn't a lot.
I would at least wait it out for a day, if you still feel funny next day, I would definitely want to see a doctor.
Hope all goes well!
Here is what my touchup paint bottle said.

When I read the subject, I thought he had literally taken some liquid paint up the nose.
Hell, I taste the stuff from time to time to make sure it is fresh.
Yeah, you are on the cancer super-highway. Especially benzene.
BTW, can you send me some xylene on your way out one morning? I can't find it for less than $11 a gallon these days...
