Odd CEL behavior

Alright, I'm about to bring my RX-8 to the dealer for the 5th time for a CEL problem.

1st time - Evap code, they could find nothing wrong, reset the light.
2nd time - Evap code, they told me I needed a new flash but the flash wasn't available. Evap code, they reset the light, told to call back when it came on next they could do a quick reset of it if the new flash wasn't available.
3rd time - Evap code. New flash was available, applied. Did not fix the issue.
4th time - Evap code. Vaccuum test sensor (??) was replaced. Did not fix the issue.

I've got about 28,000 miles on the car, no other problems and if you can believe it, I've filled up at the same gas station every gas fillup of the car's existance except for one. The reason I mention gas station is because invariably regardless of how much gas I have when the light is reset, it will turn on within 3-5 engine starts of my next fill up. Has anyone else seen anything remotely like this? I've tried searching the forums but didn't find anything.

Between this and getting ready to be a father, I'm seriously considering trading the 8 in on a CX-7, but I hope it doesn't come to that! Help!
