The car handles well and the engine has a great electric-motor like pull. It needs to be revved and the clutch abused to go fast though. It looks outstanding.

But it has little niggles like rattles and squeaks and such that will bother you.

Take a test drive in a used one and see for yourself how you like it.

Good luck.

but here's the deal, this cite was created to bring up new topics, things that havent been discussed much. Reviews of the 8 and comparisons to to Z are all over this cite as well as the entire internet.

anotehr question - can someone explain the rotary engine to me?
they are 2 triangles that spin around and around. google it.

There's a FAQ posted. You should read that for info on how rotary engines work.

You won't regret buying an 8, but you will regret buying a Z.

No moving parts with an 8 as compared to a PISTON engine.

Try both on for size - check out comfort, head room, leg room,
test drive them - very important - see if you like the sound and the feel
go to an 8 or 7 rally, and check out modifications and ask about the engines -

Google User Reviews for both cars look at the complaints and those who feel the passion for whatever car. Look at your pocket book and figure out what you can best afford.

But 8s have a sound and a feel and a grace in handling that is hard to duplicate for any cost.
