when i bought my rx8 there were two little clips on the front bumper, i was told by the salesman that they were clips for tow hooks, i later pulled them out to find something elese. Something that i have no idea what it is. it almost looks like its something to squirt fluid onto the lights but that couldnt be the case. Does anyone know what these are because i am pretty much stumped

Canadian models do have headlight cleaners

If they are right under the headlights they are to squirt washer fluid onto them...i believe it happens every 3 times you use the windshield squirter

I think the ones for hte tow hooks are in the black part in the center, thankfully I've never needed to know

the little squares under the headlights that look like they can be pried off?? those are headlight washers... i didn't know at first either and was like hmm wonder whats under there.

but when the lights are on and you flick the windshield washer, they will come on every 3 or so times. or if you flick the washer thing twice fast, only the headlight washers will come on.

o wow ok thanks guys, it was really bothering me cause i was soo stumped. it makes sense but its weird cause it doesnt say anything in the manual about it.

Canadian models have the headlight washers (due to snow, etc) and do not have the tire pressure monitors.
