Fogging Headlights Normal?

I just realized this morning that in extreme cold my headlights are fogging up and they are looking a little dull now when they dry out. I bought the car used and it has only powertrain warranty left, so I'm assuming it is not covered under warranty. Anybody ever fix this? Also is there anyway I can polish the inside AND outside of the lens?

some of us get a oily film on the inside of the lens. mazda replaces them while your car is under warranty. I think they run about $900 each if you had to buy it yourself.

it's not supposed to happen, but I've never had to fix it myself..

You can usually find some on ebay for a lot cheaper.
