Exhaust

I'd like to know what exhuast you guys are running and how happy you are with the sound. I've seen tons of rx-8's on youtube with borla or another company and their car sounds terrible. I have Agency Power Titanium Catback exhaust and it sounds GREAT. Kinda like a survey i guess. I didn't know where else to put this :P

or just search through the aftermarket performance section adn you'll find tons of threads on just about every setup imaginable.

Utterly pointless thread as there are already many. Search!

If you wanted to make it a survey, then why didn't you?
Do you really believe you can hear what you need(or like to hear) to via YouTube?
Exhaust note is subjective any way, so what's your point?

Lol and with an avatar like that, I am thinking that you are assuming that there are no police officers that run an RX8 at home. Never understood people that make retarded license plates and think its "cool" as if someone is gunna walk up to them and be like "zomg dood, ewe are duh kewlezt purrson in da werld because u wrote copz suxorz!"

Agreed. If you wanted to make it a survey you should have. this is uterly useless in that it has been done hundreds of times. Were beating a dead horse hear. Everyone is going to choose the exhaust thay have on their car.

Like the other guys said.... 'Search!'. This is information you could easily find on this website, and my guess is that you just wanted to start a thread so you could have your name at the top.

Your just cluttering up the site. Please try to be more considerate.

Just so this thread isn't a total waste of time, heres a picture of a custom exhaust setup, by RecDesign.

no idea what this guy said about cops. I didn't buy it, it's able to buy though. a cop pulled me over in my 8 and said its too loud, he was just pissed off someone younger then him has a nicer car and he also said i need to take off my headlight tint. neither of which he pulled me over for were illegal. he was just a bored little cop that hates driving his 2008 chevy cobalt (not a police car) and another side note i'm in police academy

i posted this in a different thread, but now that i do not have my midpipe installed, what is the tastefully loudest dual exhaust? i have a greddy sp2 and its really quiet now in comparison. thinking of upgrading soon.

Look at the rest of the posts in this thread ------------------ Do you really think most of the post here are helpful

I post because I can--- its because of BS threads like this with topics that have been talked about OVER AND OVER that makes searching for true info much harder because people must dig through all the nonsense... And you know this......

Haha I got your spam pal

OP-- SEARCH SEARCH SEARCH.

i wouldnt mind searching, but the search function on this site is HORRIBLE!
sometimes you just cant find the info you need, and i doubt there is a thread for my question, comparing majority of the exhausts out there, instead of just comparing A to B.

"Advanced search" works a little better, just have to get into it's mindset and then parse the results quickly in your head before clicking on something.

yes i kinda do

I'm just saying though, when members come on too strong and start bashing people like this it really discourages new members from being active in the community. some of you guys dont even help the situation, then instead of helping the OP it becomes a discussion of another topic. some 8 owners in my area dont even use this forum just because of this, everyone starts flaming and it really isn't a welcoming environment.

Synthetic won't kill your engine, but it will fake its death.

to the guy asking about what the post was meant for. the ap titanium exhaust is great. see if you can find anyone with it in person. cause ive seen and heard basically every rx8 near me and their exhaust just gives their car a nasty kinda buzzy sound instead of a solid sound right from the engine. asking if the engine has pistons isn't really funny...
