damage from dealership

Well, I brought my 8 in for some warranty work (steering wheel rattle, cd player skipping, break squeal, hard start) and they got all of it taken care of except the cd player which they tried to "fix" by running a lens cleaning cd... like I hadn't tried that one already. Anyway, they're ordering a new one since it still skips like crazy.

The real problem is that when I got my car home I walked around it and not only was it filthy (spick and span when I brought it to them) but BOTH of the plastic pieces that hold the "chin guard" in place (on either side of the rotary accent) are now unattached (one was broken when I bought the car used from Mazda) and the plastic is now hanging much lower than it was. Not only will this potentially cause scraping etc. from it being so low, it's also potentially a performance as well as asthetic thing, right? So can I make them replace it, or do I have to live with it or pay for a new one?

Thanks for all the great info and help. This is a GREAT community and I've been able to get a LOT more enjoyment out of my car thanks to the people here. Keep it up!
