Fan running on..

Today, after just a short 15 minute drive (no high revving), I park and get out but the car fan keeps running on for several minutes (atleast 5). There have been other times when I have driven much further or harder and the fan did not run like this after the RX 09 was turned off.

Is there a problem or is it normal for the fan to run on? I did have it parked in the sun on a hot day but the driving was limited to about 3 -4 miles wighout revving more than 4k.

depending on the ambient temp, this could be perfectly normal.
We see this a lot more in the summer months

As predictable as ever

"as normal as your inability to search with the rest of the forum newbs" and as predictable a response, a simple "normal" would have been nice but some cannot resist the need to be rude.

Actually, it's not really a need to be rude, and more the venting of frustration at seeing someone think that a normal intended method of operation is a problem.

But yes, it was still unnecessary, and I'm just going to lock the thread before it gets out of hand.

Paimon, endevour to be civil please.
