Exclamation Clutch Problem

hey fellas and ladies, I actually let my girlfriend drive my car today haha and she did stall out the first time because as you all know the clutch is different, but right after that she got the hang of it, everything was fine, well after I left her house I was crusing about 45 on the Highway in 2nd gear, when all of a sudden I went to go shift gears I pressed down on the clutch and it shaked violently as I was pressing it down, and made a clunk noise.... given my girlfriend has a 350Z convert in 6spd, she knows how to drive manual, but I don't think its her fault... if you guys and girls could give me your two senses I would appreciate it! thanks

weird, I've felt that happen before but the whole car shakes when it happens. definately take it to the dealer, that sounds like a warranty repair to me. The gearbox on the 8 will be my major concern when it comes to buying one...

happened to me, had to replace the whole clutch and flywheel =T but when it happened to me.. my car wasn't functional anymore (wouldn't engage in any of the gears and clutch wouldn't go down)... i had to call a tow truck and have it towed to my dealer.. costed me $1200 =O
