ok so i went to my mazda dealer to get a history on the car i just bought. they did not want to give me it but they did. its a print out with lots of info on it. the history i am confused about what it means. i will post pictures latter. but

theres a section called recalls / special service programs. listed under it are things like
campaign description start date end date status status date
msp16 engine lack of power 3/14/08 open
ssp67 power train war ext. 8/21/06 open
ssp77 engine cor war 5/30/08 open
3305g fuel tank issue 6/30/06 closed 8/6/07
420gf emission recall 10/21/06 closed 8/6/07

was msp 16 not done?

under that is history

the descriptions for history are spark plug set on 4/3/06, pad insulator on 8/8/07, 4206f pcm reprogram on 8/8/07, kit cat converter on 8/8/07, cap fuel on 10/1/09 the odometer reading on 8/8/07 was 425.

whats this mean? is there anything not done that should be? is the most up to date flash done? msp 16? any info would be great thanks

Think it's up to date. MSP16 was not a recall, but a TSB. It is supposedly only to be performed if the customer conplains about lack of power. IT does not look like that car had it done. Most people like to have it done as I think it contains an computer flash(update), but someone else needs to confirm that for you. Again, unless you or previous owner complained, MSP16 will not be done.
