BAH! A/C woes compounded

BAH! A/C woes compounded
I had my precious, nearly perfect baby in a couple weeks ago to get the a/c amp. Unfortunately it didn't fix it. They ordered more parts. Took her back in last Friday and just got her back today. They had to take off the dash to put in the new parts. So of course in the process they scuffed up the dash in about a dozen places, scuffed both front doors, and got grease all over the headliner. As if that wasn't enough the steering wheel is now cocked at about a 30 degree angle. ?!?!?!?! The stereo is now barely audible at normal levels. Had to turn it up to around 20 to hear it on the hwy. AND something is screwed up with one of the wheels. To add insult to all of that injury the a/c is still not working right!! It was 60 out today and the a/c only managed to blow out 51 degree air. Grief. At this point I don't see how they can possibly fix her back to the way she was. They are coming to pick her up Monday and hopefully then we can get something resolved.

Damn! I would go to a different dealership the next time. Maybe even call your Mazda Regional Representative. That kind of "service" from a dealer is beyond unacceptable. Did they wreck your car when you had it in? Is there a crappy re-spray on any of the body panels (don't laugh; this happened to a couple of S2000 owners).
Seriously, I would never ever return to that dealership. They sound like a bunch of monkeys. I would contact Mazda immediately and notify them of the problems this dealer created. Then demand the regional service rep meet you at a different dealership to see about getting the problems fixed to your satisfaction.
OK, I'll take my medication now...
