automatic transmission

Just purchased an rx8 with automatic transmission (however i've yet to drive one) a little concerned about the 20% less horsepower. Does this translate to 20% less power and acceleration? Need good news!

Love your car dude, yes its less power and you can feel it. But its not as bad as the manual owners make it seem. Plus we have more torque!

Its a great car enjoy. I have 15000 miles and love it. Its still pepy.

Unless you bought your car to go racing, it likely isn't going to hamper your every day driving. The car is still fun to drive, and it still zooms on the corners.

Yeah ... the M6 guys think they're all over it cause they got more HP .... truth is, we all have to stop at the next redlight, who cares if they get there first and have to sit there idleing ... burns more of their gas ;-) Besides, they're all jealous of the paddle-shifters ... they just won't admit it :-)

The automatic and paddle-shifters are sweet ... enjoy!!
