Any Tips For Dynoing My 8

HELLO I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT A SPEEDSHOP TO DYNO MY CAR ON 2-27-04 ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS.THIS WILL BE MY FIRST CAR THAT I EVER TOOK TO A DYNO.MY CAR IS STOCK NO AFTERMARKET PARTS.BUT AFTER THIS I PLAN ON A EXHAUST STAGE 2 AND AIR FILTER. MY CAR HAS NEVER WENT INTO LIMP MODE SO COULD I STILL MAKE MORE RUNS AFTER THAT?

First, please turn off the caps-lock. Caps-lock indicates (according to "nettiquette") that you're YELLING AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS!

Ahem... Okay.

I recommend you check out the "Tech Garage" section regarding tips for putting your RX8 on a chassis dyno. There are some tricks having to do with the DSC and ABS sensors. I'm not planning on dyno-ing my car, so pardon my not having more info off the top of my head. I do know that Canzoomer and others on the forum have produced reliable readings on the dyno, however.

Again, please turn off the caps-lock

yeah find a 4wd dyno so that you dont have any questions about the readings you get.
