Ac leaking on passanger feet!
It a manual 2004, when i have the ac on for about 10 minutes im guessing that condensation is building up and leaking on the passengers feet rather then draining properly. Iv read on other posts that there is a drain on the firewall that could possibly be clogged. I tried looking but had no luck. I am dying not being able to use the ac anything would be appreciated!

Keep looking for that drain hose. It's there......I swear!
There is a picture in a thread around here that points to the location. I will see if I can find it!

He's got stuff removed in this photo(the upper intake), but its at the peak of the firewall...to the left of the oil filter..and in about 2 inches from the connector for the WBO2 wires. It's circled red in this photo. It is behind the upper intake and between the oil filter (blue in picture) and the rear engine lift hook
You can't really see it without removing stuff, you just have to reach down to the area described. Reach down there and feel arond until you feel something like a small soft rubber hose sticking out of the firewall(Duck lips!). Just fiddle with that for a bit and you might feel some dirt and grime falling out.

Ya that is the problem i tried to take off the intake but i couldn't get all the bolts off. I had everyone off but the one in the very back. I even tried to take off the reservoir right next to it. I am just having a problem getting back there with the those aluminum hose. Any ideas ?

Look closely at the picture.
Feel back there and find the rear engine lift hook and then move your hand back to the firewall.
You really don't have to take the upper intake off to feel for it, just patience.

^.....puddle on the floor of the garage or wherever it's parked! Let's be clear about this.
You will know when it's clear.
There are other possible big problems like windshield leak, but I'm relatively sure it will be the duck lips!

ok, i just got my friend to stick about 2 inch screw driver in there. I know what is looks like from the picture but i don't feel it. My friend said, "That it felt frayed" im not sure exactly what that means because I still have never felt/seen it. Is this gonna do the trick? Also, there was no puddle of water on the floor after with did it.

Are you on a level surface?
Is the front of the car higher than the back at the moment?
You might just have to run the A/C tomorrow and see. Assumiing it doesn't leak while you are driving, and you use the A/C.......when you park it, look underneath and you should see some drippage then.

Yea I was able to get my hand back there just putting it over the oil filter. The hard part is getting something in there, actually getting it into the hole not much room to move.
We should be able to fabricate some kind of tool that can be just put down there and push into the duckbill nipple for a DIY guide.

I can see it now.
And number 10 on the list of things to do annual for maintenance on your RX8 is............................
Massage the "Duck Lips" and add just a little bit of silicon lube to keep them from sticking together. Kinda like chapstick for "Duck Lips"
FYI........it was Dannobre(well, actually his kid) that first coined this term if memory serves me right.
There is stuff removed in the photo(upper intake), but you can see the blue oil filter to the right and that's the engine lift hook just to the left.
