Is the RX8 a 50 state emission certified vehicle?

yes from the delership but a few tweaks and that can change FAST especially with this car it barely passes anyway....

What smog station did you go to? I had to use an official referee and my car passed easily with my AEM cool air intake and Greedy SP2 exhaust.

BTW - if you get items that are C.A.R.B. approved you should be able to pass in any state, since California is one of the toughest on emmision controls.

Yes, and Arnold is making it worse!

Banning plastic groccery store bags or pay a 25 cent fine for each one.

Killing the use of the plastic that is used in water bottles.
