well i havent been livin in orlando for long so im bored out of my mind.. and i really want the exhaust but i also need somethen to entertain me while im home bored... only real mod i have on my car in the kn intake ver 2...

Wait for the PS3 and if it stinks, then get the 360 because it will be cheaper hopefully by the time the PS3 comes out. But if you want to get something right now, I would get the exhaust.

Based on that all Sony has given so far is hype and insults. "Ahh we have blu-ray" "Ahh we have hdmi and 1080p," yet they haven't even showed one working ps3.
I was at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and I can say that I was very disappointed at Sony's booth there. All they had were some empty cases (the buttons on it weren't even functional), and they were playing the same pre-rendered MGS trailer they played at E3 last year.
So basically, absolutely no progress has been made since almost a year ago. Same crappy video pre-rendered on non-final hardware (because the final hardware either doesn't even exist yet or it doesn't work), same poorly designed case that has almost no ventilation holes at all (and looks like a george foreman grill), and the same old hype.
Now I'm not a big Micro$oft fanboy either, in fact I hate microsoft, the only reason I like Xbox was because it was hacked, so I can put a 400gb hard drive in it and run all my games backed up on the hard drive, run Linux, and Xbox Media Center, which was nominated by SorceForge as the best open-source multimedia project.
Enough of my rant. If you want the exhaust, get the exhaust. If you want a kickass video game system (that sadly is likely to overheat and blow up without some cooling upgrades), get the Xbox 360. I have an RB exhaust and a 360 (and an original Xbox in my 8 running Linux as a 100gb media server) so im really happy :P

How about......a set of new tires with the 500+ dollars you want to spend on your 360+game/exhaust and go do some AutoX instead? I guarantee you that you will have 10 times more fun than a silly old xbox. I'm 20 and used to be a hard core gamer.... I mean HARD CORE! playing 6 hours a day of Counter-Strike after school. yeah and having LAN parties with my friends. Lame I know.

im still stuck on counter strike i cant get enough. to bad i got banned 
hanent had ne over heating issue with my 360 but when objects r around it or in a confined space like an entertainment center with other elcetronic the heat will build up.i keep mine out in the open

I would have said exhaust a month ago. Since then I got a 360. Project Gotham Racing 3, Fight Night Round 3, and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter have changed my mind! I have an early build Xbox 360 built November 6, 2005. Has never frozen up, eaten a disc(someone told me it would), or acted up in anyway. I guess I got lucky. Between my kids and I, it is ALWAYS on and runs great. Sorry, I vote Xbox. You just gotta find one.
