question to RXStrakes.

Is the Headlight Halogen Replacement Bulbs that you have for sale in your website the same as the ones that come with the basic RX8 model, or will they actually look whiter then the almost yellowish ones equiped with the vehicle?

Hello,

The Headlight Halogen Replacement bulbs are not the same as the bulbs that come with your vehicle.

They do look whiter. Here is a an example of the bulb color difference that we have posted on our site:

Hope that helps!

The difference is in brightness.

I've heard the brighter the higher the wattage (the brighter) the bulb is the harder it is to see. Is it true it cuts visibility?

you're referring to the light spectrum, which is lumenosity. stock HID's are 4200K, and have the highest light output. 6000K has about a 30% decrease in luminosity but provides a much whiter, almost blue hue

Wattage has natta to do with that other than that the more watts you have, obviously it will be brighter

Hi,

We are hoping to receive the RX-FX Rear Rotary LED Light Kit back in stock later this month, however we do not have an eta.

:-)

another question..

One more thread jack - not really - the subject is "question to RXStrakes"

Is there any chance you are making or could make a stainless steel cap for the e-brake button something along the lines as this product of yours:

RX-FX Rotary Shift Knob Cap Stainless Steel

I have circled the button in question on the attached pic from your site.

I don't know about anyone else but my e-brake button looks like there is a silver kind of tape on it and it really looks like crap.

Thanks!
