So, I've been dreaming of an RX8 since they came out and was looking to buy an 05 with low miles up here in canada.... They run in the 21-24k range

But looking at some of the year end promos in the north west US , they have 07 GTs going for around 25k!!! (+7000ish off) versus about 43k here

They all say the deal expires on 31 Dec 07, obviously just hours away, but I'm wondering if said deals usually carry over into the new year.

Can anyone that works for a mazda dealership chime in here?

The $3500 cash back for 07 RX-8's ends on Jan2 2008. That is probably a big portion of the discount people (myself included) have been getting good deals on 07 8's.

They'll have a new deal again in Feb.. at least they did this year when i purchased my 06.

I just got mine with the 3500 rebate for the 07 models today. the rebate expires jan 31 i think, somewhere on edmunds.
