Let me know what you guys think, I am driving stick now, wanted to go automatic, that is my big reason for the auto, any ideas on this?

I doubt it. Looks legit.

First of all their asking price is way too high. Check with nadaguides.com for something more realistic. The horsepower of the early AT cars was less than the newer ones by about 20 hp. Libertyville is a long way from you. I'm sure you can find something better closer.

I know the horsepower was less, was worried more along the lines of how it was taken care of, but it has low miles, and I will take care of it from here on out.
I really like the blue, and cannot find one in that color anywhere else within a reasonable distance.
Thanks for the response!

According to that, the price may not be that far off. You should be able to get them to knock it down a couple of thou.
Oh, the software for the nav will most likely be out of date.

If they received it from a customer as a trade in, I doubt they paid that amount.
If they received it from an auction, then you know they paid even less for the car.
I would start with offering $9k, and see how they react.
I wouldn't pay $11k, unless they were replacing the ignition coils, wires, and spark plugs all on the same day, along with replacing the transmission fluid, and rear differential fluid, also.
BC.

I looked at the other Mazda dealers in the area, only three there, 2 at Oak Lawn Mazda, one is a 2004 for $9994, no mileage listed or pictures, the other is a 2009 with 11,000 miles with no price. I may call them and see what the deal is.
Chances are they got it for a lot less.

I will get out of them what I can though. Trust me on that!

Continental only has a 2009 with the same amount of miles for $22K more than I want to pay. If I call them up should I just mention the forum and see what price they tell me, or do I have to "name drop"
