Good deal available on a new 2011 RX8

I was at Kennedy Mazda in Pottstown Pennsylvania today, helping my cousin buy a new Mazda 3 hatchback. I noticed they had a new 2011 RX8, red with black interior, 6 speed manual. Talking with the manager (Mike Armstrong), they really want to sell it (Pottstown is a little out of the way place, about 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia, I guess RX8's weren't big sellers out there). They would sell the car for $23,900, which seemed like a really good deal for a new RX8to me (about $8,000 off of MSRP).

I'm tempted to buy one of the last new RX8's out there, but my 2007 only has 14,000 miles. It's still as-new, it would be tough for me to justify getting rid of it. But, if anyone is interested in a new one, this one is out there (I don't work for the dealership and have no financial inerest in this, just passing the information along to anyone who might be looking).
