What would you do...

...if you won a million dollars?

i know most of the answers overlap, especially with such a huge sum of money...but what is the first thing you would do with the money?

(btw, this question came up while watching American Idol where a contestant was asked what he'd do if he won the million dollars...the contestant said he'd give part of to charity, invest to make more money, then give that to charity...needless to say, Simon booted him off regardless of his singing ability which IMO was up to par with the rest of the people that made it through)

You forgot Retire, although now a days, 'only' a million is not enough if you plan on living a long time.

yeah a million bucks really isn't too much nowadays.

I picked invest. but I probably would have done a couple things. like invest/do a little splurge(new plasma TV!) and start a company

true true, as was made clear by the laughter Dr. Evil got when he threatened to blow up the world for..."One Meelion Dollars!"

i chose to pay off all my debts...after that i'd probably splurge a bit, go on a nice Caribbean vacation and then save up the rest for my future kids

Or baccarrat, and "playa." Then you could blow a mil, and save a mil. And if you lost, you were back where you started.
