I'm not a huge fan of the K&N intake. OBX exhaust is a rip-off of the Knight Sport I believe, and is super heavy, but cheap.
I would say wheels (or rims yo!) but obviously a nice, name-brand set like Rays, BBS, 5Zigen, Works, OZ, etc. No cheap e-bay knock offs, but judging from the OBX exhaust you suggested, sounds like your direction anyways

Yea, I know OBX is a knock off or whatever, but from what Ive read, brand name catbacks dont give much of a gain anyways and OBX owners said it sounds good. I just like the K & N because it sounded good from what I heard and its dyno proven +10 horsepower. If I did go with rims, Im looking at keeping it at 18, gun metal with a polished lip is the direction Im going with rims, I dont really want them bigger ( Im not trying to make my car gangster). I just want to change the look. Incase you cant tell, money is a factor for me but on that same note I dont want junk so with that said, more suggestions are wanted thanks.

So let me get this straight.. you found rims for 200-300 dollars? Not only that, if you did find rims for that much, you must be forgetting about rubbers, mounting, and balancing..
Id go with the intake.. its the cheapest, lightest, and wont give you **** for gains, like the rest.
The tires on my car still have about 50% tread, and I dont want to go bigger than 18's so yea I can find rims without tires for 400-500, and if I did get rims I would lower my 8 in the near future.

I would prefer a catback but I cant afford 1000, at least not right now, if anyone has a link for a used catback for <500, I would be interested. I love the sound of the legamax but its just too expensive for me right now.

going cheap with anything will usually bite you in the **** later on. Probably not later, more like sooner.

Intake is only going to change the sound. just like the exhaust. I believe you will get slightly more with an exhaust(power) but still not worth the money imo.
As for the intake...I highly highly doubt you will get 10 hp out of it. I think 1-3 was the going number of any intake. I have the AEM. When I first installed it I loved it, mainly because it got rid of the loud rattling noise when I hit high rpms. Now I am kinda sick of it because it is loud but the power isn't there to back up the noise.
The short shifter on the other hand makes the car a lot more fun to drive and was totally worth the money imo.
